Frequently Asked Questions

The answer is simple.  We do better work!  Check our reviews and those of our competition. (The number of bad reviews). Yes we probably cost a little more, but you’ll see we actually have the inventory,  programming knowledge, and quick delivery.  Plus, if there is a warranty issue, we won’t make you jump through hoops like our competitors do.
The price listed is for the federal emission size of the engine. However, some particular computers can cost more. These computers are found in low emission vehicles, or rare part numbers that need to be special ordered in.
A. Call us! We can still help. If not, we will be more than happy to point you in the right direction.
A. Yes. The part may be returned within 14 days of delivery as long as it is returned in its original condition. The return will be subject to shipping charges as well as programming charges. See our return policy for more information.
A. It is up to you and your mechanic to make sure the vehicle is diagnosed correctly. However, if it does happen you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund minus a 30% reprogram and restock fee. If you are unsure you have a bad computer, we recommend sending it in to us for testing.
A. Find the part for your vehicle on our website and click the repair price (you won’t be charged upfront) or simply contact us we can walk you through the process.
A. No. We do not charge a core and in most cases, we do not require your old unit. We will let you know if we require your old unit and a return shipping label will be provided for you.
A. We ship our parts Monday through Friday. All free and expedited orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service. Free shipping times vary from 8-10 business days. Expedited shipping times are 3-5 business days. All orders are shipped within 3 business days. We use UPS for overnight shipping but please contact us for availability.
A. All Chrysler, Dodge, and Jeep products are plug-and-play. Some Ford and GM models will require a locksmith for your key programming after the part is installed. If your part requires any additional programming, we will inform you before you make your purchase.
A. Possibly, but probably not. We see some Ford vehicles from 2013 to 2016 that display the original VIN after we program them. A parameter reset (security) still needs to be performed and the computer still reads the correct VIN and works fine. If you’re in this situation, you can call us as well.
